When you use our platform, we store the contact information and invoice data you provide for your clients. We also collect standard usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.

How We Use It

We use your data to operate the service: sending follow-up emails on your behalf (in your company's name), processing payments through Stripe, and displaying your accounts receivable information in the dashboard. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your client's data for any purpose other than operating the service you configured.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Supabase — Database and authentication (stores your account and invoice data)
  • Resend — Email delivery (sends follow-up emails to your clients)
  • Stripe — Payment processing (handles client payments and payouts to you)
  • Inngest — Task scheduling (manages campaign timing and execution)
  • Vercel — Application hosting
  • PostHog — Product analytics (anonymous usage data)

Your Rights

You can request a copy of all your data or request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. If you delete your account, we permanently remove all your contacts, invoices, campaigns, and branding data within 30 days. We retain anonymized fee records for tax and accounting purposes for up to 7 years, as required by law.
